Leigh Ann and Kyle’s bohemian hipster wedding was incredibly fun to shoot. It took place in their backyard in Uxbridge, On., and I must say that some of my most favourite weddings happen in backyards! Why? Well I find that is when couple’s infuse so much of who they are into their wedding, after all it is happening at home!
Being the super creative couple that they are they DIY’d so many details, including the bunting, succulent centre pieces, colouring book style wedding programs, fruit crumble in mini mason jars, and Leigh Ann’s flower crown. The groomsmen all wore navy blue pants with suspenders, and the groom added a sweet thrift find with a tweed vest which he scored at Value Village! The groom also gifted all the groomsmen shiny new pocket watches. The bridesmaids wore cream/light pink dresses while the bride wore a crochet wedding dress that she found only a few weeks before the wedding (even though she already had another wedding dress prepared).
While this super stylish, ultra bohemian, vintage, hipster wedding is full of visual inspiration, it was also super sweet and full of love.
